If you received a suspicious call or message and unsure if it’s a scam:

Immediate Actions

Do not click on any suspicious links within the message.
Check for messages, phone numbers, or URLs on the ScamShield WhatsApp Bot at https://go.gov.sg/scamshield-bot. Simply send the suspicious message or URL to the Bot.

Other steps to take

If you are still not sure, and it sounds too good to be true, ignore the call or message.
You can report it on the ScamShield Bot or the ScamShield App, to protect others from scams.
